Slow Yoga in the Park
Every Wednesday in June 2025, in St George’s Park!

🌿 A Gentle Space for You
Welcome to a space where you can come just as you are and take exactly what you need. This class isn’t about being bendy or mastering difficult poses—it’s about showing up, moving with intention, and nurturing yourself.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an experienced practice, you're warmly welcomed. We begin with yin yoga, ease into mindful movement and asanas, explore breathwork (pranayama) and concentration (dharana), and finish with deeply restful restorative yoga. Each element is here to help you feel free, strong, calm, and deeply relaxed.

And best of all—we’ll be outside, under the open sky and nestled among the trees. Nature will hold us as we breathe, move, and simply be.
Pay what you choose:
Rate one: £10 drop- in. £36 block of 4 classes.
Rate two: £7 drop- in. £24 block of 4 classes.

Pregnancy Classes.
Join Pregnancy Yoga classes on Mondays at 7.30 pm at St George Community Centre, Church Rd, Bristol BS5 8AA
It is a friendly space for all pregnant people and very welcoming to beginners.
We use yoga poses to treat the aches and pains that pregnancy can bring, such as sciatica, back ache and pelvic pain. Also to strengthen the body so it can carry your baby.
The breathing, pregnancy yoga poses, affirmations and guided relaxations will support you mentally, physically and emotionally through your pregnancy and help prepare you for labour. The breathing 100% transformed my labour, smoothly delivering my daughter to me.
This is a whole hour for you to relax and connect to your baby, in a community of pregnant people.
Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy until labour begins.
A six week bundle is £55, drop- in is £12 per session.

Parent, Carer and Baby Yoga
Every Thursday 11 am- 12 midday @ Fresh Dance & Arts Center, 44-46 Greenbank Rd, Greenbank, Bristol, BS5 6EY
An informal, friendly and supportive space for parents/ carers and babies. We will use gentle yoga postures, movement, breathing and relaxation to remedy the demanding but rewarding days of early parenthood.
Classes are tailored to the adults and babies in the space. We currently have babies ranging from around 6 weeks to 11 months old, with a couple of older siblings who pop in now and again. These sessions allow adults to practice yoga, with babies incorporated in a way that suits them on the day, but they hugely benefit everyone!
Pay what you can: £11 drop- in or £10 drop- in. £45 block of 5 classes. (5 classes attended within 7 weeks.)
Concessions including lower income: £7 drop- in. £30 block of 5 classes/ (5 classes attended within 7 weeks.)
