Join Pregnancy Yoga classes on Mondays at 7.30 pm at St George Community Centre, Church Rd, Bristol BS5 8AA
Welcome to a gentle and supportive space just for you.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have some experience, everyone is welcome.
In these classes, we use soothing and grounding yoga poses to ease common pregnancy discomforts like back ache, sciatica, and pelvic pain. We also focus on gently building strength to support your changing body as it carries your baby.
Each session includes calming breathwork, pregnancy-safe yoga poses (asana) and mindful movement, positive affirmations, and deeply relaxing guided meditations. These practices are here to support you—body, mind, and heart—through every stage of your pregnancy, and help you feel more confident and prepared for birth.
Personally, the breathing techniques completely transformed my own labour, helping me calmly and smoothly welcome my daughter into the world!
This is your hour to pause, breathe, and connect with your baby—surrounded by a supportive community of fellow pregnant people.
Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant right up until your baby arrives.
A six week bundle is £55, drop- in is £12 per session.
