
Pregnancy Yoga Classes.
Join Pregnancy Yoga classes on Mondays at 7.30 pm at St George Community Centre, Church Rd, Bristol BS5 8AA
It is a friendly space for all pregnant people and very welcoming to beginners.
We use yoga poses to treat the aches and pains that pregnancy can bring, such as sciatica, back ache and pelvic pain. Also to strengthen the body so it can carry your baby.
The breathing, pregnancy yoga poses, affirmations and guided relaxations will support you mentally, physically and emotionally through your pregnancy and help prepare you for labour.

This is a whole hour for you to relax and connect to your baby, in a community of pregnant people.
Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy until labour begins.
A six week bundle is £55, drop- in is £12 per session.
