Our postnatal yoga in Bristol classes offer a calm, supportive space where you and your baby can relax, connect, and feel held during the early weeks after birth.
These postnatal yoga with baby classes in Bristol combine gentle postnatal yoga, mindful movement, soothing breathwork, and guided relaxation to support your recovery after pregnancy and birth. We aim to make this tender and often demanding time feel a little easier — helping you move, breathe, and rest with greater comfort and confidence.
The carefully designed movements help you rebuild strength after birth, improve posture, and support physical recovery, while easing tired, achy muscles from feeding, carrying, and everyday baby care. Classes are suitable for postnatal bodies and offered in a nurturing, non-judgemental environment.
Our breathing and relaxation practices support your emotional wellbeing, helping to reduce stress and anxiety and create moments of calm within busy days. This gentle pace allows space for both you and your baby to settle and feel at ease.
Babies are warmly welcomed and often love the gentle interaction. These classes can support your baby’s reflex development, body awareness, and help strengthen the special bond you share.
You’re invited to join our postnatal yoga with baby classes in Bristol a safe, friendly space to nurture yourself while bonding with your baby.
Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8 weeks after a caesarean birth.

Every Wednesday 1.30- 2.30pm @ Meadowvale Community Centre

Please bring a blanket for baby and a yoga mat if you have one. (I have 10 mats to lend out)
