Postnatal Yoga with baby.

A supportive space where you and your little one can relax, connect, and recharge.

With gentle yoga, mindful movement, breathing, and calming relaxation, we aim to make those demanding but precious early days a little easier. 

The movements we practice help you regain strength, improve posture, and support your recovery from birth—all in a supportive and nurturing setting.

Mentally and emotionally, our breathing and relaxation exercises are here to help you find moments of calm amidst the busy day. They can ease stress and anxiety, promote a sense of wellbeing, and create a soothing space for both you and your baby.

Babies love these classes too! Which support their reflex development, body awareness, and strengthen the special bond that you share.

Come and join us: a safe, warm place to nurture yourself and your baby as you navigate this journey together.

Suitable for 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post c- section birth.

Every Wednesday 1.30- 2.30pm @ Meadowvale Community Centre

£11 drop- in

£54 block of 6 classes. (£9 per class)
